«The World is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page.»

"Travelling - I was all my life at it. I'd still rather be travelling around. I'm always thinking of it. It was a better and a nicer time on the road - more freedom along the roads."

When I first read that Joy wanted one of us to be the guest editor of her blog I freaked out.
I mean, literally. I had the biggest smile on my face and I felt like I had a chance to finally tell something about me to her and to her amazing fan and blog-readers.

My second tought was: well, I'm just fifteen, I'm Italian, I don't write English that well, and...
Which experience, which travel or journey could I write about?
I'm sure most of you are older than me, work, have his/her own family or something like that.
I'm just a teenager, that talks too much, loves travelling - and writing about it afterwards - and that looks for inspiration everywhere.

Then, this morning, I had an idea. What if I give an account of my summer holiday in Dublin?
Maybe you have visited it, maybe you live there or maybe you're just curious about it, but after three weeks there I firmly say that Ireland is a charming, unforgettable and totally inspiring place. So I thought I can introduce you to this beautiful country through some photos I took there.

My favourite things about Dublin and Ireland in general, are the colours.
Everything is so green, and red, and yellow or some other brilliant hue.

It made me feel like it was an eternal spring and everything shined in its own way.
It was July when I went there, so the weather was perfect, and one little thing that completely blew me away were flowers on the balconies.

If you have a chance to walk along Grafton Street, well then do it.
That street is art. That folk playing music, painting on the sidewalks, or singing,
they all are ART.

Which words would you use to describe Dublin?
I would pick: fun&food.
Let's get a look to the places you can visit!

We have the super famous Temple Bar, which is located in an adorable street.

You can't miss The Hard Rock Cafe... :)

And the local pubs, where I'm pretty sure you can taste a very good beer, even if I haven't tried it, because of my age... ;)

Last but not least, what made me definitely fall in love with this country were its landscapes.
I don't think words will never be enough to describe the preciousness of the seaside, or the blue sky or the soft meadows.

Well, that's it. My journey report is about to end.
Cloudy skies, people's smiles and that Irish taste and perfume I will never forget: these are the best memories from my holiday in Dublin.

I hope this will make you realize that life is a journey.
Every single moment is a trip, and we have to appreciate it.
See the joy of living and then give what you have learned to someone else.

So thank you, if you're reading, because you all are fellow travelers.
